Nursing International Service Trip

I cannot tell you how excited I am to announce that I have been selected to be a part of a nursing service trip to Brazil this September! Chamberlain College of Nursing has selected 20 nursing students, medical students, and alumni to spend two weeks in Brazil. We will be spending one week in a rural area and one week in the suburbs furthering our skills, educating the community, and enhancing our love for helping others.
Being able to go on this trip will be a once in a lifetime experience for me that I never thought possible. This will be my first time out of the country and a big step out of my comfort zone. But I know it will be more than worth it once I get over there and see the faces of the people we will be helping. I am working hard to pay for the trip myself but the money raised will help pay for the travel, housing expenses, medical supplies, immunizations, ground transportation, and interpreters. I will make the first payment for the trip by June and the rest in August.
Every donation, prayer, support, or share of the link will go a long way and be very appreciated! I can’t thank you enough for helping my dream of traveling abroad for service, become a reality!!
