Firefighter Disaster Relief Fund!

Monies raised will go directly to assist firefighters and their families in South Florida. Below is a list of supplies we need. We will be heading back down this sunday and need to keep the supplies coming.

Any additional funds will be donated to the IAFF Disaster relief fund.

DONATIONS NEEDED FOR HURRICANE RELIEF

Suncoast Professional Firefighters from Manatee County are teaming up to collect hurricane supplies to assist those affected by Hurricane Irma.

Local off duty firefighters will be traveling to South Florida to deliver any donations

Examples of supplies needed are
-Tarps
-Batteries
-Fuel cans
-Baby supplies
-Plywood
- Chainsaws
- Bottled water
- Insect repellent
- Flashlights / Lanterns
- Debris cleanup tools (rakes, trash bags)

My name is Joel Baker and I am. Captain with the North River Fire District in Palmetto Florida.
Theses funds will be directly used to purchase items needed for the firefighters and their families in south Florida. The funds will not be utilized in manatee county. The funds will be used to purchase items such as the ones above so our team can continue to help them rebuild and patch up their homes.
