The Megastar kids program is for talented children in the urban community. Children that show supernatural drive towards music, fashion, film and entrepreneurship are exactly what we are raising money for. in the New York area. Each child accepted will learn the business aspect of the field they are interested in. They will have the hands-on experience of creating a final product to sell, market and brand also build there resume. Aaron Mcbride, founder of "MegastarBrand"
marketing and promotion company caters to music artists and small businesses with services like studio time, videography, photography, and custom made clothing, which he created as a platform to help market himself and his friends that are artists. Aaron Mcbride knows the struggle of being talented but not having the right outlets and resources.
Knowledge is the key when your talent is not being placed in the right hands to mold and nurture in a productive and proactive way. Our goal is to build "little moguls", entrepreneurs who will leave with the confidence and knowledge to succeed in life and business.

1) Children will work in groups and individually in the field that they are interested in. The goal is to breed independence and leadership skills. Getting kids started early in their career will avoid negative outcomes in our communities. It will keep them focused on positive things so they will not be drawn to do negative things such as gangs, drugs, and gun violence
2) This project is very important, simply put
" the children are our future" we must plant the right seeds in them to influence their world. We will focus on projects with cause a purpose and concrete message for them to be empowered.
3) This project will bring families, community, artists, and activists together in love. Everyone will network. at the end of the program, We will have an event where participants will perform, display their songs, designs, videos, projects, etc at the event and sell their products.
4) we will conduct an outreach with our network of people who are already associated.
example: my in-house megastar productions will come in and show kids how to make beats or select beats that suit them.
we will have an artist we know will come in and speak to the kids or sit in on a writing session with the kids.
5) Realistically, I would say 5 to 10 kids will benefit per program cycle.
6) We will measure the progress of the project by watching the process and engaging through social media, the completion of projects and the task in a timely fashion. The skills and knowledge obtained by each participant at the end of the program. what kids have learned can never be forgotten. They will benefit from this project for years to come. Black Rolling Stones will always be available to all the megastar kids.
