Kids Making a Difference

                                    OUR GIRLS STORY
Anjali, Danielle, and Elizabeth are young friends who really want to help make a difference and have tried numerous times to volunteer at local organizations in Maryland, but due to their young age, they were not able to participate.  
So they came up with the idea of doing something on their own.   As the parents of these amazing young ladies, we are always amazed and impressed with how caring and thoughtful they are, so we decided that it was important to support them in their goal.  To that end, they came up with the idea of setting up this fundraiser to help them raise funds for their charity of choice.  

Last year they raised enough funds to make 50 care packages that were given to a local shelter - My Sister's Place.  

This year the theme is KIDS HELPING KIDS and we are looking to help another local shelter that focuses on youth in Baltimore City:

Y.E.S. is the first and only drop-in center in Baltimore City, providing counseling and resources to homelss and at-risk youth ages 14-25.  We have visited their facility and were very impressed and want to do something to help.

If you you would donate just $5.00 and share this with all your friends, it would mean the world to these three girls.  

It would show them that with a lot of community support that they can do anything they set their mind to. Not only will this help people in need, it will also provide a valuable life lesson to never give up, that it is always okay to ask for help, and no matter how young you are...you CAN make a difference.
