KHS Class of '83 Hurricane Support

As you know, Hurricane Harvey did a number on Texas this past weekend. Obviously he didn't know the phrase "Don't Mess With Texas!" We don't back down from a challenge and we've been given a big one. We have several classmates that have had flooding or have other damage from the storm. We would like to start a campaign to raise money for your Kingwood High School class of 83 peeps. Any little bit will help but know that whatever you can give goes directly 100% to your classmates (minus those fees associated with Go Fund Me).  My son gave a statistic that 70-80% of people don't have flood insurance. I don't know the particulars of our classmates, but chances are that some of them don't. Even if you did not graduate from Kingwood chances are it's your neighbor, friend, or family that could use the help.

We will be compiling a list of those affected and we are asking for details - what type of assistance do you/they need. For those who will not ask for help, we hope that a classmate, friend, or family member will step forward and let us know. We truly care about each and every one of you.

Help us to help our own. Help us to relieve some of the financial strain and stress from this devastating storm. If the outpouring is overwhelming, after our classmates have what they need, we will be helping out with the KHS recovery.
