Elvis' Liver Cancer Battle for HOPE

On February 03, 2017, our Arlington Veteran FC (Soccer Club) friend and team Captain, Elvis Suh Ngwa was diagnosed with a stage 4 Liver Cancer here in Arlington Texas. The cancer has spread to distant lymph nodes, progressed to liver cirrhosis and invaded his hepatic artery (a short blood vessel that supplies oxygenated blood to the liver, pylorus of the stomach, duodenum and pancreas).
According to doctors, no liver transplant can be done at this stage.
Moreover, MRI shows 3 tumors of about 11 cm each but an internal radiation therapy started on April 6th to attempt a reduction in size of the tumors. Elvis has already undergone a few surgeries to access the liver through femoral artery for SIRT.
As many could understand, the cost to win or even to sustain such battles is incredibly high because of numerous tests and appointments Elvis must go through and of course, chemotherapy which will soon start. Chemotherapy itself can cost more than $30,000.
To assist with these medical bills, we hereby ask for your support in trying to raise $10,000 for Elvis and his family during this difficult time.
