Two cars multiple families!

Let me explain.  Our family has gone through three car now.  One of them was a wonderful Elantra that I learned to drive in. There was a major crack in the drive shaft that I couldn't afford to fix. The next car was an unfortunate gift. My father in-law's father passed away and he gave us his Impala since he inherited his father car. That car was awesome until it met it's sad end with the transmission going out. After that My father in-law felt bad for us and gave us his car that he inherited
which was a lovely concorde. It followed in the footsteps on the Impala and the transmission went out too. My father in-law had the trasmission rebuilt and it lasted a bit more then was finished. 
(All of the cars had over 100,000 miles.) 

  We loved and cherished each and every car that we had.

    Since the concorde died, it went back to Car Star Cunningham Auto body in the Memory of Loyd Cunningham. 

  We have since gone without a car. HOWEVER. My mother in-law who is a retired hospice nurse, but still works prn (as needed or part time). Is letting us use her car. 

Her car now has 190,000 miles on it. The shocks have now gone out in the back. It has a fairly bad oil leak and the emissions switch has gone out. The battery died and luckily I was able to get a battery and know how to put it in. 

My mother in-law has helped us out so much. Even to her own demise sometimes. I try and help her as much as I can but in the end, she takes care of us more than we take care of her. 

My father in-law was able to get him a nice mini van that he loves so much and my mother in-law goes without most of the time, so we can go to appointments and take our daughter to school.

I want to get her a better, car since her car is falling to pieces and without having to worry about us having to use that one too. In case the current one falls apart.

I have tried to get a loan twice and been turned down both times. I've have been excepted at drive time, for a co-signer, with a $800.00 down and $300.00 a month! 

I am on disability and I am unable to get a job.
I only get $728.00 a month.  We have foodstamps, we are on section 8, and we have to go to the food and necessities pantries just to make it each month.
(Which has been a huge help and we are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR!!!)

  I would will love to gift a car to my mother in-law.
I would love to be able to take my family to our doctor appointments and be able to take daughter to school without having to worry about the car breaking down in the middle of the road again.

I am going to gift the car to my mother in-law and when we are able to get a car I will.

With our car I will be able to continue take my father to the pharmacy to make sure he has his insulin and medication. I will be able to continue to take my mother to the store and optometrist when she is unable to see anymore.
