Help Me Move!

My name is Karmmah. I am trying to move out of my current place to a better place. Reason for the move is due to feeling unsafe here. What should be a secured building only accessible with keys and codes is now open to anyone since the doors continue to be tampered with. Maintenance/property manager is doing what they can to put a stop to the free for all intruders. Been getting knocks at my apartment door by strangers and all i can do is either not answer and let my little dog scare them away with her bark or answer and say go before i call the cops. Lots of suspicious activity going on here as well. I was able to get a section 8 voucher and have found a couple places i could move to. The current thing holding me back is coming up with the deposits nessessary to put down on a place. I have already tried getting help from VoA, Salvation Army, YWCA, 411, Compass Health and a few other places. The responses I've recieved as to why they cant help range from no funding to im not being evicted or about to be homeless. I would very much like to move to a nicer place where i can feel safer and be able to start a new chapter in my life. Moving would grant so many positive things and give me peace of mind honestly. If you could make this happen, id be forever greatful!!
