Making It Right: Everyone Wins!

My name is Chris Medina and I am an international independant recording and performing artist. I was on a little TV show some years back called American Idol and after the airing have had a great privledge to continue to peform for a living!
I started this account in an effort to raise money to help four families purchase a car. Why? Well, in December of 2015, I was asked to help a close family friend spread the word of a competition they were involved in. They were trying to win a car. Why? Well, their 7 year daughter had developed Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, fought the cancer, and is now in remission. However, due to overwhelming medical bills, they lost their car. Now... I ususally stay out of these types of situations, but because I had such close ties with the family, I felt compelled to help in anyway I can. Even if it meant to use my loyal fanbase. The upside is they won! The downside, is the four other finalists did not. It was indeed a bittersweet victory because four other very worthy contestants are still left in very unfortunatue situations. So, I decided that maybe I could help Make It Right so that everyone wins! The result is this GoFundMe account.
There's more! I began asking if anyone knew how to get a hold of these finalists. Word got around pretty quick! So quick, in fact that Homewood Chevy , the company that hosted the orignal competition, got word that I was trying to do this. So now, they are involved! They are starting this account off by donating $2000.00 right off the bat! And, if we rech our goal minimum, will ensure these four deserving families cars! If for some reason we raise more, the remaining money after the purchase of the cars will be donated to St.Jude and the Brain Injury Foundation evenly!
I ask that YOU donate a minimum of $10 within 30 days Feb 4th - March 5th. How will we get to our goal if everyone is donating so little? By spreading the word and getting everyone and anyone you know to donate $10 and to spread the word! Hopefully, all those people will donate $10 and spread the word even more! And so on and so on! Tell your friends and family on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc! Tell them about this and ask them to donate $10 each and to tell their family and friends to do the same! Call your local paper and let them in on what it is I and Homewood Chevy are trying to accomplish! If you can donate more, please do so! If you can't, than spread the word daily and help us promote this account!
This means so much to me because I myself know what it is like to recieve help from others! I too was in a very unfortunate and unusal situation and recieved an outpoor of support and help! I want to pay it forward! Help me do this!
