Johnson Road Coalition LLC - Stopping Improper Land Use, Zoning Abuse and Variance Abuses in the City of Keller.
The "Johnson Road Coalition LLC" has retained representation for a legal challenge to stop the improper land use approval for the Birch Tennis Club, a Commercial development proposed for the residentially zoned area known as Rocky Top Ranch.
The City has provided the Developer numerous variances including the required Masonry Wall buffer between Commercial bordering and Residential at a savings of ~$800k.
Additionally the city recently provided the developer Tax Payer fund rebates and reimbursements of $381,000 much of which is to pay for sewer and water infrastructure.
