It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we are writing to you on behalf of 3 small children who lost both of their parents in a very short period of time.

On July 11th, Jevaughn Suckoo was tragically murdered. He was taken from his girlfriend Stephanie Caceres who was pregnant at the time with twins and is the mother of their 1 year old girl.

Stephanie gave birth two those beautiful and healthy twins 3 days after his passing on July 14th. We all wish this already tragic story stopped there. It did not though. The twins lost their mother too.

Stephanie developed an infection and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Like everything Stephanie did in life, she battled hard for 10 days. On July 26th, the almighty also decided to call to heaven another angel. Our Stephanie gained her wings to Heaven sadly leaving her two twin babies behind. However, Jevaughn Jr and Lailah at least had the opportunity to bond with their mother for 4 days before she too was gone.

We are all devastated, heartbroken and at a loss for words for all 3 of these children who will grow up never having gotten to truly know their parents.

In an effort to provide health, education, maintenance and support to these three little ones, a gofundme account has been established in the children's name. Thankfully Stephanie and Jevaughn were raised by a beautiful family that have accepted the challenge set forth by God. The grandparents are going to start over, now raising their grandchildren.

We will never understand why, we can only accept this as part of a divine plan and do what is in our power to help them.

When this gofundme was started, I vastly underestimated the kindness, compassion and generosity of so many people.

The long term goal is, and continues to be the same; to supplement the needs of these children for at least the next 18 years. Providing financial support for future needs such as medical expenses, education, future counseling and housing will be extensive because these children are so young. For this reason I am raising the fundraising goal.

These children have touched all of our hearts. Their unfortunate story has moved people to pray and share stories. One person in particular was so moved by the children that she has offered to help to make the arrangements for the Minor's Trust. Lina Jankus, is a friend and my hero. We are lucky to be working with estate planning attorney Stella Suarez-Rita, P.A. The cost of preparing the Minor Trust is a gracious gift from Lina Jankus.

These children are being given the gift of hope by all of us collectively. To the people who donated, prayed and shared stories please know that we are eternally grateful.

We are humbled and moved by the generosity and compassion of the community near and far. People from across our great nation and globally have donated. The support given by family, friends, strangers, social media sites and news outlets has made this possible.

As many people have stated it takes more than $50,000 to raise a child, let alone three. When we initially set a goal, we vastly underestimated the good will, compassion, hope and contributions that would be offered to the family. We are delightfully shocked and happy to be raising the financial goal.

In these difficult times we have seen human compassion and love come together with prayers, donations of items and financial contributions. All of these are greatly appreciated. A large donation of toys, clothing, equipment, formula, wipes and diapers were dropped off at Stephanie's place of employment over the last 48 hours, but today they were delivered to the children. Our local community went above and beyond, and the family is grateful.

We often hear of the inhuman treatment and ongoings of the world, but every now and then we experience a story like the one you are making with each donation. It warms my heart, and I am sure Jevaughn and Stephanie are looking down with a smile knowing their children are being looked after by all of us!

As a mother I know fully that the cost of raising a child continues to grow. These contributions, whether small or large are making a difference. At this time we ask to continue to receive financial donations, enfamil formula, huggies wipes and huggies diapers in various sizes.

We are still working to establish a trust for the children but have come steps closer. Please continue to pray for these three angels.
