Hello everyone,
My name is Taylor Wells. I have decided to try this gofundme project. It is for a friend of mine that my wife and I met last April 2015. His name is Cornelius. We met him while on our way to Vegas. We were just heading into Victorville on the 10 when we decided to stop off at Juice it Up. (We had said a prayer before we left our place and asked God if there was anyone He wanted us to help along the way to let us know. ) So we pulled in to Juice it up and when we got out a gentleman came up and asked us if he could clean our windows for us. So relunctantly I said sure then went in. Soon as I went in my attitude got checked by the vary One I had just an hour ago asked to use me to help someone.  We came out and went to talk to him. Very nice man I came to find out as we began a conversation. His name is Cornelius. He told he how is life was pretty normal but good. A truck driver for about 18 yrs. till his back became pretty messed and he needed surgery. Having a father n law who experienced the exact same thing I knew exactly what he was talking about. The company of course fought the claim and to that date it had been alomst 5 years and case stll not settled. In the meantime he had pretty much lost everthing and became homeless living out of motels. Anyway, I admired that at least he was willing to do what he could do earn some money. I gave him a very nice pair of sneakers that I had in the trunk , seeing his were pretty worn, gave him a $20, got his number and hit the road. I have to tell you that the whole trip he was on my wife's and my mind. So on our way back from our very nice Vegas trip we pulled off agian at the Juice it up and sure enough there he was trying to make ends meet. We went back into the Juice it Up and ordered. We also paid for a drink for Cornelius and asked if the employee wouldn't mind giving it to him after we left. The employee said, " Oh, you mean Cornelius, he is a very nice man and works hard. Everyone there including the couple food places next to them all knew him and agreed on what kind of person he was." Very encouraging to hear this..so I went outstide and engaged in another conversation with Cornelius. It was on my heart to really try to not just one time help but to try to actually make a differnce in his life so I offered to get him a cell phone and line on my account and pay for it for a year. I tell you this not to pat myself on the back but to show that I myself first have invested in him before asking you to do the same. So being estatic he agreed and so I took him the to TMobile store right there. We went in and talked with a worker there to get a line for him going. While I was talking to the agent , Cornelius was standing kind of back to give me some privacy while I was giving the young man my personal info to get into my account. I explained to the young man assisting me that the new line would be for Cornelius and then asked him to come up. The young man helping us looked up, saw Cornelius and said, "Are you the man always over there by Juice it Up, cleaning people's windows?' He said, "Yes" and then he said, "man, you are a good worker, I watched you many times!"    I can't tell you how proud that made me feel to be able to help a person like Cornelius who even though is in pain eveyday he wakes up, he still goes to work and not just ask for money while sitting down. A year has passed already and it has been a pleasure getting to know Cornelius. I would like to ask you to join me in making a difference in Cornelius life by helping me raise $5000 to buy him a RV. With this he could be able to have transportaion but to also have a nice comfortable place to sleep when he can't afford the motels. Thank you for taking the time to read this whole story and hopefully join in.

There is power in numbers, so I'm asking to please spread the word and help me find 250 people to give just $20 ...of course if it is on your heart to give more then by all means or if the $20 is abit to much at this time then we would  be grateful for what ever you can give to be apart of something pretty awesome!!!

Againg thank you and lets make this happen!!!

Ok, so how long do we have to raise the money?
Great question!!
Until we reach our goal, but the sooner the better for Cornelius!!!

P.S. Cornelius does have a valid drivers license
