Supporting Children in Bali

Heyyyy everyone, I hope this meets you well and I hope you connect to my story and thank you for taking time out to check it.
My name is Toyein Elizabeth, I'm currently in my 3rd year at uni. Some people may know that I'll be travelling to a small Island in Indonesia, Bali called Ubud. I was referred by my university, so I have been planning this trip for a while now. Everything is already set in stone thankfully.
During the past few years I have realised how much I want to work with children and change their lives for the better. My reasons for visiting this country are to work, help, influence and support the growth of children less fortunate than myself and many of us. I live by the quote "My life is only important if I can help plenty people" I honestly believe that there is more to life than just helping yourself.
I will be volunteering on this trip and I have been blessed with the opportunity to teach English language and help them build a better, substantial and a more resourceful environment. I will also be teaching about positivity and am aiming to inspire them to follow their dreams. I have a passion for helping children and people in general and as we know children are the future; they should be educated on the necessities of life, they also need to have the facilities to be educated on these things. As we have no control over what families we grow up in, what part of the world we come from or what environment we live in, The vision is to reach as many countries as possible every year in order to help develop the lives of the children and grow the economy and environment of the children.
This life changing opportunity in itself is rewarding. And the plan is to leave people better than I met them. The world will eventually become a better place with your help and support. I have been working hard during university up until now to make sure I am prepared for this trip. As I have donated money of my own and other items such as clothes and toys towards this plan, my donation is less than half of what we require to achieve the goals. I am so excited to be a part of this and this is just the beginning. Many people my age are aiming to make a change and we need all the support we can get. I would love and appreciate if you could support this cause and also support me. I will be bringing you all on this amazing journey with me. I will be documenting this journey via, photos, video journals, my YouTube, snapchat and post updates.
Raising £800 before June is the end goal.
These funds will go towards, construction and renovation; i.e, building better learning environments, funding for school equipment and facilities, English books, first aid material, toys and clothing. There are over 40 children of different ages, some orphans and some locals. And myself and other volunteers across the world will be aiming to raise money to make a change.
