10k for $10k
Tax deductible
Attention FitFam!
We've all heard about the recent natural disasters in the South and Southeast. The road to recovery will be a long and grueling one for many. So, it's time we offered a helping hand the best way we know how - through exercise!
That's why I'm launching the 10k for $10k Challenge. It's simple - between now and November 28th, we're asking athletes across the country to do three things:
1) Complete a 10,000 meter row.
2) Donate $20 to this page.
3) Nominate three more athletes to complete the challenge.
At the end of it all, I will announce the final dollars raised and donate the proceeds on Giving Tuesday to Direct Relief* to support those that need it most.
A few ground rules:
1) I ask that all participating Crossfit gyms waive their drop-in fees for non-members in exchange for a donation.
2) You don't have to do it alone! Your 10k can be divided amongst as many people as you want, but I ask that all participants donate the full $20.
3) Be careful! Anyone not used to this kind of physical activity should refer to #2 and pace yourself.
So hop to it! And remember to post your nominations on social media using the following hashtags:
#10kfor10k
#RowForRelief
#CrossfitCares
