Michael's Medical Treatment

Michael is our 22 year old son, a very talented, adventurous, loyal, compassionate and fun-loving young man. He has finished school and has been working hard saving towards his goal to buy a house on some property. He and his beautiful girlfriend have been making plans for their future when suddenly
two weeks ago we found out that Michael has Aggressive Peripheral T-cell Non-Hodgkins lymphoma.
The good news is that it hasn't spread to his bones or anywhere else in his body, but the doctors say treatment should be started immediately, as it is aggressive and rare, only 5% of lymphomas. The doctor that Michael has spoken with here hasn't given him a good pronosis with traditional chemo therapy. In addition to all of the side effects, they also said there is a chance of him getting Leukemia from the treatment the doctors here want to do. After speaking with the doctor about the prognosis for their recomended treatment, we decided to do some research and see what other options were out there.
A few days ago, Michael found a specialist in Arizona with experience in the field and positive results from treating cancer like Michael's. He has been able to talk to a doctor there about his specific case and sent him his medical records. The doctor said Michael's case is the most aggresive he has seen, but that since it is so aggresive, the cancer should respond better to their treatment.
Unfortunately, the cost is near $30,000.
We need your help to get him treatment to fight this cancer! Any and all money that comes in will be used to help him overcome this disease with God's healing power. Treatment needs to start as soon as possible. The sooner we have the funds, the sooner we can move forward.
I am sure that if you are a parent, you can only imagine how news like this about your child would make you feel and how you would do anything to get them through! It is not easy to ask for financial help from others! But if there is any amount you would be willing to contribute and/or if you can share this with those you know, we would be SO extremely thankful and grateful!!
