Hello everyone and thank you for your generosity! I am Sammy Ríos, and currently live with my family in Las Vegas, NV. This fundraiser was started for my niece Penelope. All of the funds will be used to offset the cost of her funeral.
On Sunday August 4th while vacationing in Cancun, my niece Penelope London tragically lost her life at the young age of 2 years old.
Penny was a happy, bright baby who loved scary movies, mermaids and eating lemons.
