Must Move and Terminally Ill

Hello! My name is Tamara and I am terminally Ill with lung disease. Last year my husband had lost his job and with that we lost our apartment. We moved into a house that is not deeemed habitable and we need to move ASAP! I am on oxygen 24/7, homehealth care 7 days a week. My husband has been at his new job a year. He is a BTK amputee and works full time. We are able to meet monthly bills and needs . What we are not able to do is save for a move AND pay bills where we live now. Please help us so we can find a SAFE home. It's VERY important to ME so I can have the peace I am so in need of. We are willing to pay back any money not used or needed. Thank you for your time. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Yes I also have medical documents to prove my situation. Reason I am asking for $5,000 is for moving expenses and we are told by the city we will need an attorney for court. Our current landlord has been severly fined due to the conditions of the house. He has retaliated by filing a false eviction. Of course at this point we can't and won't stay. PLEASE HELP!
