Deposit for electric after gma died

Trying to turn the electric on in my name in me and my mothers apartment, my grandmother(who i was very close to) passed away last week and we are dealing with alot concerning her death, and in the midst of all this my mom didnt pay the power bill and owes to much so i have to get it turned on in my name any donations would help a family in need
