In Memory of Amber for her Son...

Yesterday, 10-12-2015, we lost a most precious young woman who was just beginning her journey.

Known as Amber Rose to her family, Rio Blackwell
sat at a bus stop when a driver under the influence lost control of his vehicle slamming into her and taking her life.

As she lay there, slowly slipping away, we pray that she found comfort in knowing that she was very much loved and will be profoundly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Sister, a Mother and a Daughter, her untimely and tragic death seems so very unfair.

She has left behind her little boy, Kalem, who she loved with her entire heart. Only 2 years old we will promise to honor her life by keeping her memory alive for her son.

We ask that you help us in providing for her services as we are unable to cover expenses to bring her body home.

Any funds in excess will be placed into a college savings account for her son as she would have wanted him to have EVERY OPPORTUNITY that she was working so hard to provide for him.
