Need surgery in UCLA PLEASE HELP

Hi my name is Julie. I'm 35 years old. I'm a single mom and my daughter is 13 yrs old. 3 years ago I had a medical device put in my body. Over the 3 yrs I have had 4 revisions due to the device eroding in my body. If I don't get it taken out it will continue to erode and I won't make it. I'm in Nevada and Nevada doesn't have the Dr.'s or the equipment to remove it. My Dr. said I will have to travel back and forth before and after surgery. Plus a few weeks stay during surgery. They have to cut me from hip to hip. This device has attached to tissue and organs. They don't know what I'm going to lose to remove the whole thing. I always have infections because it's eroding and I can't fight the infection anymore. The infection is affecting my white blood cells so I'm seeing 6 different Dr.'s, oncologist, endocrinologist, etc. They believed I had leukemia until they seen the erosion is taking over my body. If I don't go to UCLA the erosion will completely take over my body. I can't afford to travel to UCLA, food, hotel, and all the co pays I will have. Plus the few weeks I have to be there during the operation. I'm taking my grandmother with me to help and watch over my daughter. My daughter is home schooled. Anything will help and my grandmother, daughter, and myself deeply appreciate any donations and prayers you can offer. I'm selling my stuff and doing anything I can to earn money. I have been put on disability, but that just barely covers our bills. So I'm unable to save much money.
