Ashton's Angels

This Go Fund Me was originally started in August of 2015. Due to everyone’s generosity and out loving support $14,195.00 was raised for the Dean Family in 2015.

Betsy and Rich received some devastating news this week regarding Ashton. I’m here again asking for that same generosity and loving support.

Ashton suffered a stroke at six months old caused by arteriovenous malformation (AVM). They did not know he had them until the stroke. He has had severe medical issues throughout his life. Over the last seventeen years Ashton has had numerous surgeries, procedures, extensive physical and speech therapy. He has also has numerous extensive hospital stays at John Hopkins and a rehabilitation center.

This week Ashton was rushed to Hopkins due to a mouth bleed and severe fatigue. It was determined that he has new blood in his ventricles which can cause a blockage and is causing the cerebral spinal fluid to increase. Unfortunately the doctors do not have any other treatment for Ashton. Hospice will be meeting with Betsy and Rich in the next couple of days.

God has worked miracles in Ashton’s life as we have all seen and we continue to pray for a miracle once again.
