Help My Son Get Back To School

Hello everyone. I am the mother of David Ugochukwu, a 19 y/o sophomore at the Schuylkill campus of Penn State University. My son is supposed to be going into his 4th semester of college at Penn State Schuylkill but due to the #GovernmentShutdown I have been unable to go to work which in turn is keeping me from being able to pay his housing and tuition balances. David is an honor roll student athlete but he is currently unable to register for his 4th semester classes until those bills have been paid and was scheduled to go back Jan. 4th, 2019 for practice and classes January 7th. He won't be able to start the second half of his basketball season with the school until they are paid and he is registered for his classes. If anyone is able to provide any assistance in getting David to class as soon as possible it would be a great blessing.
