Belt Magazine RNC Fellowship #2

Belt Magazine has received an anonymous gift of $500 to fund a second fellowship to cover Cleveland during the  RNC from July 18-21. We are raising funds to match that gift. 

Belt Magazine, based in Cleveland, Ohio, recently announced a one week fellowship  for a freelance journalist interested in covering Cleveland during Republican National Convention from July 18-21.

A native of Northeast Ohio who is committed to diverse voices in the media saw the need for additional coverage and put $500 towards a second fellowship that,  if funded, will be offered to a woman and/or minority journalist. 

The money will be used to pay the writer to write about the city during the time of the RNC convention. Additional funds raised will go towards room and board for the writer's time in Cleveland.

You may also support this campaign by becoming a Patron or Sponsoring Member of Belt. Any new memberships at those tiers received by April 10 will go to fund the second fellowship.
