I am a trained chef and caterer and for the last 15 years have been dedicated to providing quality food to my clients. Studying at Art Institute of Houston and Houston Community College for culinary arts, Imam now a senior at The Conrad Hilton College for Hotel and Restaurant Management in Houston, TX.
I have been cooking since I was 10 years old, taking after my grandmother Marie Richmond. I have ran a successful catering company that just last month I decided to let go and pursue opening a restaurant. Also in 2013 I opened up a small location inside of a gas station that the Katy, community is still talking about.
A mother of 9 children (4biological and 5 by marriage) and General Manager of 40, I know the demand and hard work it takes to run a successful establishment!
I am asking for help in helping me make my dreams come true.
