Help Ziggy the Corgi Recover from Surgery

Ziggy is the peace and love corgi.
Without warning, he lost the ability to move his hind legs and was dragging them behind himself. I rushed him to the vet who immediately transferred him to a neurologist. Before Ziggy gets a firm diagnosis, he needs an MRI. He is being treated by the very capable people at Seattle Veterinary Specialists .
Before Ziggy was my dog, he was my mother's dog. While my mom was going through chemo, Ziggy was one of her greatest comforts. After mom lost her battle with cancer last summer, Ziggy came to live with me and has been my greatest comfort through my grief.
Ziggy has always been a part of our family.
I have set Ziggy's fundraising goal at $3,000 to cover the cost of his MRI. It is possible that he will need to have surgery afterward. As a precaution, I have already set a surgery appointment and promise to keep everyone updated as to Ziggy's progress and needs. Thank you so much for your support.
