Help My Neck & Spine!

The last 8 months have been more than difficult. It is easily the roughest time of my life.   I am currently dealing with neck/spine issues due to multiple falls. There have been multiple hospital and urgent care stays between India, London UK, and both coasts - NY and Seattle.  All of these past and current expenses are taking a toll on me - currently unable to pay to receive the  adequate care necessary.    Any assistance, love, and help you can show would mean the world to me.
