Zarembka-Kamonya Peace Fund

The untimely passing of David Zarembka and Gladys Kamonya has led us to reflect on how we can best continue their legacy of peacebuilding in Africa. Due to the overwhelming outpouring of love and support, this fundraiser will be used to plant the seeds of a "Zarembka-Kamonya Peace Centre" and other conflict resolution activities in Kenya. 

Any remaining funds will be evenly distributed to the four organizations they held dear: Transforming Community for Social Change (Kenya); Friends Women’s Association (Burundi); Innovations in Peacemaking (Burundi); and Healing and Rebuilding Our Communities (Rwanda).
