Zaines Journey with HLHS

We are a family of 4 soon to be 5 with two Healthy babies. that are 5years old and 3years old. we decided to have another as my little girl has been asking for another since she was 4 years old. as we went in for our gender reveal ultrasound. Our dr said it's a boy! However I am concerned about his heart. I believe he has HLHS. Hypo-Plastic Left Heart Syndrome. This road is a long hard road Dr visits Nicu stays surgery ETC we are not far from the hospital thank goodness so tho the commute is about 1hr with traffic for the first month maybe longer I will be making it almost daily my fiance is an armed guard and he will be doing what he can at home with our other two and work. He will most likely have to take off for a good while as we do not have any family or friends we can ask to help during this time.
We went to Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital on 1/17/2017 and the Dr. confirmed that Zaine does indeed have HLHS and it will be a long process he will go through the following stages.
1st. surgery at birth to 1 week old. (Norwood)
2nd. surgery 4-6 months old. (Glenn)
3rd. surgery 2-4 years old depending on how his heart is developing. (fontain)
Through out the rest of his life we will have Monthly then Yearly Dr. visits.
As we go through this journey I will be updating everyone letting you all see his journey and his progress.
We are not asking to meet a certain goal whatever we can achieve will help greatly with the in and out odd jobs that come our way during this journey
ALL the funds we raise will go to the following
1 Zaines care
2 Daily travel cost back and forth to Vandy.
(we have been permitted to stay at the RMH, However based on availability and it costs $15 a night.
3 Possible Living essentials while I am staying at vandy with him when permitted.
4 Child care for our other two
5 Living cost due to unemployment(we are actively searching for new job, but with everything going on and appt it will be hard to determine if they let us stay at a job.
Zaine will be due June 5th as I am a c-section birth. This is when any funds that we recieve will begin to be helpful. As we are putting back all we can now.
The support from everyone around us and those that don't even know us. Means more to us then we can put into words. My fiance and I and just a handful of others and my church. is all we have as a immediate support team. We are thankful for everyones love and support No matter where or when or how you choose to help my family.
