Disabled Vietnam Veteran

I am a 69 year old combat Vietnam Veteran, turning 70 in Janurary.I have no family to turn to for help.  I suffer from PTSD and associated manic depression. I am currently driving a 2003 Dodge Durango that is in need of brakes, tires, and AC work. I was the victim of a predatory lender for this vehicle. I current owe $2,500 on the truck and the Kelly Blue Book value is only $1,300. My ex wife left me (in the middle of the night) with  over $10,000.00 in debt, and the courts awarded her everything. I despartrately need to repair my vehcile and pay off the loan. I have never ask for any help in my life, but am asking now. I have no one else to turn to. I am recieving a modest VA disability but scraping by on a month to month basis, and am usually broke before the end of the month. I proudly served my coutry and now am asking my country to help me in my time of need. Thank you for your time and consideration
