YWAM Kona - Youth With A Mission

God has put this on my heart for so long and I knew this year was finally time to go for it and trust Him. I know it'll be such a humbling experience and growth period to finally launch off on my own, "leaving the nest", and supporting myself. During these 6 months with YWAM (Youth With a Mission) I really want to deeper my relationship with the Lord and bring forth all His goodness to these countries. Christianity is supposed to be fun, adventurous, and thrilling! That is what I'm all about.
Part of this program is spending two months on a missions trip, bringing the fire of Jesus to the nations!! We get put on an outreach team that will be going to 1 of 15 countries around the world. It's not always going to be the most comfortable sleeping conditions but this isn't about me, it's serving Him and doing what He has called us to do. I can't wait to see how much this is going to transform my heart and completely change my perspective on life. I want to get uncomfortable, I want to be challenged.
