Help for Jeremiah
Donation protected
Jeremiah Rangel is an 18 year old high school student who was diagnosed with a very rare and incurable genetic form of cancer last school year, fumarate hydratase deficient renal cell carcinoma Type 2 papillary cancer. He has since undergone nephrectomy, receives chemo every 2 weeks, and has been in and out of the hospital for the last year. His mother, Sharon, who cares for him, is a single mother of 5 and works for our school. We are rallying together to help as their needs continue to grow. Jeremiah continues to need intensive treatments overseen by a specialist out of Houston, due to the rare form of cancer he was diagnosed with. The emotional struggles and exhaustion for this family continue to mount, as Jeremiah will need these treatments for the rest of his life. Despite this enormous change in their lives, they continue to come to school and work when they can for normalcy, but are struggling with expenses. Please do help if you can!
