Hi my name is Danielle, I am the mom of now 5 children.
I am battling the worst nightmare.. any mother would ever want to have to deal with. It's a monster call Cancer... I have Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia w/ The Philadelphia Chromosome making it non-curable... Doctors were able to put me into remission, by a miracle. I was so close to death 3 times I thought, I would not make it.. I was told, I could never have childrem again.. because of the chemo used, and meds they gave me to stop my ovulation. In April, I was told I had to have a Marrow Bone Biopsy done, and I went. I found out I was pregnant, and they could not do it.. I was pregnant with twins.. everyone was saying you need to get an abortion.. But, to me it was a miracle, so I refused it... and decided to take a chance, and bring a new life into this world. One of the twins died at 6 weeks into the pregnancy, But I carried the other to 33
weeks of pregnancy... I had the baby prematurely.. and everyone helped as much as they could.. I however relapsed, and the cancer is back with a vengence... I also found out, I have cervical cancer ... My family is going through an awful hard time, I cannot work, and the childrens dad.. picks up a small job here and there just barely enough to pay for Diapers and such.. He is actively looking for work...We are practically surviving on $731.00 I get from SSI.. It's impossible. My extended family is small and everyone surviving, pay check to pay check. They help as best they can.. But, all i can think off, Is I am going to be leaving 5 small children, with no real security. I am just asking for some very needed help. We can barely make our rent and the bills, well. We are behind on those... I really do not know what to do.. But, have faith that, God will see us through..
