YOUTH SPORTS FEES

I'm a mother of four amazing, creative, athletic children. Daniel 14, Thomas 12, and 8 yr. old twins Neva and Gunnar. Since they were able to they have all played soccer, all year.. indoor and outdoor, as well as traveling competitive teams in between. It has always been a little bit of a struggle to cover the expences but we always made it work because of how much they each enjoy the game.
        Recently I have fallen on some hard times finacally. Lately its been more about paying bills and putting food on the table. However my oldest boy Daniel has deciced that he would like to try out lacrosse which with gear and team fees is going to cost around $700 as well as my youngest boy Gunnar just got accepted to a local soccer club which has fees of $1700, not including uniform which totals $335. I have applied for scolarships for both groups but even if we get approved, we will still have traveling expences to cover and the like.
        We value and support anything that our children set out to do, and as parents we see how important these activities can be in shaping their futures. Not only does it provide skills in leadership and being part of a team, it also can provide opprutunities for college.  I don't want to deny them of that, nor do I have the heart to tell any one of my children that they can't continue to do what they love, and would never want them to feel the strain that our downfalls can cause.
       

So I am humbly trying another route to find the means to do so. If anyone is able to help us out in anyway we would be extremely indebted and greatful.
