Young hard working mother of 3 needs help

Donation protected
Sara is a hard working mother, she loves her kids and does everything she can to take care of us all.  She is currently working 2 jobs, one as an in-home caregiver for a wonderful elderly woman, and just recently started to get her foot in the door with the US postal service. Sara has worked with numerous organizations in the community from nursing homes, to mosaic and goodwill with the handicapped community. Yesterday she had a shift doing in-home care from 6am to 6pm, she was by herself with the exception of the lady she was caring for. I had last heard from her around 11am and did not hear from her after that. This was not unusual since she was working but come 6:00pm I still had not heard from her and I grew concerned. I called her phone only for it to be answered by another co-worker who had just shown up. She told me on a panic that she didn't know what was going on, she arrived seeing Sara hunched over on the couch, her right arm limp and vomit on the floor. Sara was conscious but unresponsive, she stood herself up and walked a few feet only to collapse on the floor. I rushed there as fast as I could only to meet the ambulance and paramedics there. Sara was laying on the floor where she fell, shaking and lethargic. She was rushed to Saint Francis emergency room where I met her around 7:30pm. She was restless and in a lot of pain. Right away they ran a CT scan, blood work, EKG, nobody knew what was wrong with her. All the test came back clear. She went in for a second CT scan around 10:00 pm this time with contrast for a deeper look, still nothing could be found.  She waa admitted into a room around 11:30 where I stayed the night with her along with her mother.  The doctor seen her this morning still unsure what was happening. Sara had been unable to speak this whole time, very confused, at times the very little bit she was awake. I don't believe at times she even knew who I was or her mother.  Another EKG test, x-rays, head scans, heart monitors etc and still no answers, everything was coming back fine. The doctor was thinking it could be a seizure but still not sure, we sat and waited till 4:00pm when she finally went in we for an MRI, she came back finally alert, still unable to speak more than yes or no. She could write words but could not make any sense out of them. Another few hours went by before we got the MRI results back. It was confirmed, Sara at 30 years old had a stroke. Sara does not smoke, works out regularly, rarely drinks and at 30 years old she gets to end 2018 and begin 2019 in a hospital bed.   We will find out from the doctor tomorrow what all this means and I will update accordingly. Right now we are asking for help from anyone that can to help us cover child care, the Loss of the second income, groceries and medical bills plus the long road to recovery ahead. Thank you all.
