YogaUnity

YogaUnity is a new initiative for creating free and accessible online yoga classes in the hope to share a practice which enhances wellbeing and quality of life for all, not just the few who have access to and can afford to attend local classes. 

My name is Poppy and I am a fully qualified and insured Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner with a passion for inclusive yoga. 

The money raised from this campaign will help me take the time (and access the resources needed) to create and video free accessible online yoga classes for English-speaking communities.

...And that's just the start! 

I would love for this project to become fully sustainable – providing a growing library of free video resources on the subjects of wellbeing, yoga, meditation and breathing to help people the world over. 

In the long-term, my goal is to also share these practices in person with communities around the UK (and possibly abroad) with free national classes, workshops and events. 

If raised, £1000 will be used to help to kick-start this project.
If the fundraising for this project exceeds this amount, then any additional money raised will be put into supplying yet more videos (including video requests), marketing the videos to reach even more people and working towards attaining the project's long-term goal of free community classes within the UK.
