Ella's Cancer Support Fund

My 18 month old niece, Ella, has been diagnosed with kidney cancer. She had surgery to remove her right kidney and adrenal gland 3 months ago and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. She is being treated at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. Ella will recieve at least 18 weeks of chemotherapy, followed by five years of frequent follow up care, and then once a year follow up care (including blood work and scans) for her lifetime. Luckily she has completed 9 weeks of her chemo, with only 2 trips to the ER, and one hospital stay.
Childhood cancer is tough for any family, but especially so for our "little dragon," Ella. She is just too young to understand what is going on. She's too little to be able to wear a mask, or not put her hands in her mouth, and just doesn't understand why the rules have changed.
As she is immunocompromised, Ella cannot go explore the world, her favorite activity, until at least January. Also, her parents, Bekah and Alan, must restrict their activities to the most important, in order to keep Ella safe.
I am raising money to help her parents, Bekah and Alan, pay for medical expenses and the "hidden" costs of cancer (lost income, increased cost of travel, medical center parking, food, cleaning, disposable diapers, etc.) Bekah and Alan are wonderful parents, and are grateful for the outpouring of support for Ella. My entire family is thankful for any donations that you can give. If you woud prefer to donate a giftcard (Kroger, Amazon, etc,) and thus prevent the 8% go fund me tax please message me. Any funds not used will be donated to Texas Children's Hospital for other patients to use. Thank you so very much.
