February 24th,2018 Alex and another man were struck by a drunk driver well walking down the sidewalk. The other man has passed away, meanwhile Alex is in the hospital fighting for his life. Hes a kindhearted person who did not deserve any of this. We would all do anything to walk into that hospital room and see him awake with a big smile on his face cracking jokes about everyone. Family and friends are heart broken with all that has happened, all there is left to do is hope and pray he pulls through this not just for himself but the child he has on the way. Alex is that one person who would try to shed light on anyone that was down, so were asking the people of the community to return the favor and help shed light on him as he goes through some of his darkest days. The doctors have said that not much progression has occurred and recovery if possible is going to take up to a year maybe longer. Insurance will only cover so much, between all the surgeries and hopefully rehabilitation in the near future. As his family we are asking the community for help with medical bills and anything that comes along the way. If you are not able to donate please say a prayer for Alex. Even the littlest things would help!!
