Hello There! Project Zoom Zoom was founded as an independent Austin-based chapter of Go Baby Go to continue their mission of building motorized ride-on toy cars for disabled children to give them the ability to move around on their own. Babies and young children between the ages of 1-5 do not have access to wheelchairs, as in order to fit them the wheelchairs would have to be custom made and are extremely expensive. These cars are a cheap, fun way of allowing children to explore their environments, gaining spatial awareness, confidence, and social skills at a key developmental stage in their lives. These $2,500 will be used to help give us the chance to put big smiles on kids faces, and giving them the chance to be kids. Thank you very much for your help, we appreciate every cent that helps get us closer to our goal of allowing disabled children the ability to be kids one car at a time.
