Father of two needs operation

My best friend and his family are going through a rough time. He has been out of work since March. He got confirmation that his heart problems are genetic and he now needs an open heart surgery with bypass. Due to the delicate situation the doctors told him no stress is important. He hasn't been able to work which is hard for him because he is a very hard worker to provided for his family. The doctors scheduled his surgery but by the time it happens and when he is recovering they will have no money to support his family. His recovery time is about 3 Month, which his doctors told him he can't work for all that time and stress needs to be at a minimum. The name of his condition is HCM which is hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with obstruction. They tried to fix it with medicine which is why he was out of work starting in March. The medicine did not work so they now have to do the surgery. He is only 37 years old with two handsome boys 3 and 4 years old and a beautiful fiancé.  There utilities are about to get shut off because they are running out of money. His father passed away when he was young with the same complications. Thier sons will have to go through testing when they turn 5 years old.  In addition to Alan's condition thier 4 year old son Zachary has a rare condition that requires him to get surgery every 2-3 months on his vocal cords. This family is really struggling to make ends meet. Please consider helping my friend he is a loving caring kind family man and really needs help right now! Thank you
