Wheels for Bella

The Hibberd family is in need of a new vehicle, or new to them anyway, but if you know this amazing family you know that no just any vehicle will work for their situation.  The Hibberd family needs a van, and just any van, they need a wheelchair van to accommodate the lovely Miss Bella. Wheelchair modifications are costly, upwards of $18,000. I am hoping we can pull together as a community to raise some money to offset this cost for April.

I see April almost every day of every week and know the condition of her current van is poor.  Last Friday she received a distress call from Bella's caregivers; they were broken down on the side of the highway in the family’s wheelchair van. April called her mechanic and had to persuade him to come look at the car even though he was booked solid, explaining she had no other way to get Bella home.  This family is on the road frequently to both Boston and Hanover for doctor visits for Bella. I can't imagine what would have happened if she broke down somewhere just outside of Boston on I93.

April has located a wheelchair accessible van that she would like to purchase, but it is just a bit outside of her budget.  This is where we come in!! No amount is too small, and every little bit helps.
