The Metropolis Club was established in 1966. We have outgrown the building we currently rent. Since we are a self-supporting organization, we need your help with purchasing our own building. Your tax- deductible donation will go toward the purchase of our own building. Purchasing our own building, ensures we are able to continue providing a place that enhances the social well-being of our participants.
The Metropolis Club is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. We serve a great mission in our community. We provide access and resources in one place where recovering alcoholics can learn to become productive members of society in the Washington, DC area and across the Globe.
The Mission we are involved in is worthwhile, so much so, that it saves the lives of our active members and enhances the community. We want to continue to assist in changing lives, one step at a time. We would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
