My Artist Friend Needs a new PC

My name is Adam and my friend Yasmin does not have enough money for the computer that she desperately needs to make her art.

However, the computer she uses to produce this great art is ancient. She's got a lot of student loans and isn't generating enough income to justify a big upgrade.
Part of the reason for this is that Yasmin is maybe a little too selfless to afford a computer through conventional means.
For example, she has been donating a lot of her time. For example, twice a week for the past 12 years, Yasmin has been teaching kids in inner city Los Angeles how to channel their creativity into art. She has taught children with learning disabilities, at risk youth - you name it. She volunteers a lot of time to be with these kids and she has been doing all of this for practically nothing.
She does this because she is passionate about art and passionate about teaching. She says it is her dream to be able to afford to do nothing but teach kids that may not have access to art classes for free.
However, Yasmin still needs to work to pay the bills, and the computer she has is not going to help her reach her dream. She needs help - she needs a new computer!
She is way too modest and nice to ask, so I'm asking for her.
With your kind donations, I would like to build her a solid, budget computer that she can use for the art that she produces. I have a fair amount of experience with custom build and I feel like I can build her something tremendously superior to the computer she has now - which is, quite franky, barely usable.
Ideally, I would like to gift her this by Chrsitmas, but I would just as happy to be able to deliver it to her by the first week of the New Year, so she can begin her year with something really positive.
I honestly feel like Yasmin is a very kind and generous person that deserves far more than a computer for what she has given. However, I think at this time, receiving a new computer would be the most appropriate and life-changing thing.
