Support Sailor Paul Reitz
Donation protected
On March 17, 2016, 3-yr old Sailor Paul Reitz was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hepatoblastoma. Sailor is the son of Christopher and Tiffany Reitz. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy in an attempt to shrink the size of the softball-sized malignant tumor so that the cancer can be removed. If the doctors are still unable to resect the tumor after four rounds of chemo, Sailor will then be put on a list to receive a liver transplant. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards Sailor's chemotherapy and other treatments at Cook Children's Hospital, travel and living expenses incurred throughout the course of his treatments while his Mommy and Daddy are unable to work. Sailor's mother just went back to work after taking care of her father, whom was battling Esophageal Cancer, was placed on Hospice in her home. Sailor's Papa lost his battle in February 2016 and just a couple of weeks after Tiffany returned to work, Tiffany and Chris had taken Sailor to the doctor for stomach pain and a persistent low-grade fever, which led to Sailor's diagnosis of Liver Cancer. Any and all donations - regardless of the size - are greatly appreciated. If you are unable to make a monetary donation, know that we understand and ask that you please continue to keep Sailor Paul and his family in your prayers. Your support, prayers and positive energy and invaluable - and worth more than any monetary donation he may receive. Thank you all for your support - we genuinely appreciate the time taken for you to read this request.
