My Mother disabled widow w/ cancer

Hello, Please help my mother who prepared this letter for you. I am doing everything I can to help but it just isn't enough. We don't have much family to lean on. She is the most generous and caring woman to ever walk this earth and does not deserve all she has been through.

Here is a bit of her story, 
Hello, Please listen to my plight with the goodness of your heart. Losing my husband at an early age has left me and my grandchild in a tragic situation. We are surviving on a small disability check (without help from the government) due to be taken away in 2016 or severely cut. We have no other income as my husband's pensions has been refused to me  by the union due to an error made on the application. After 40 years of marriage to the man who worked 7 days a week, physical labor, we are lost. I cannot offer my grandchild (who I raised from birth) a future with hopes for education or even daily expenses. I am terrified I can no longer pay property taxes, my insurance which I need as I am disabled myself. 3 months ago I got diagnosed with colon cancer and congestive heart failure and many other major health issues. I have many medical bills and that will not seem to go away due to my failing health. I can barely walk or do normal activites as I am in a lot of pain. I can no longer leave my home without a struggle. I have been a care taker my whole life and now unfortunately, I am sick . I stay up all night worrying how I will provide food and shelter for me and my grandchild.  I am concerned about my health and what my granddaughter will have when I have nothing. If you could find it in the goodness of your heart to help, I know you will find peace and happiness, and thanks forever from me neverending. You will restore my faith in the goodness of people like you, and give me a sliver lining to such a dark cloud. With all my heart,
