Martin Park

Martin Park is a nonprofit created by several people from The Well Community Church, the Fresno First Presbyterian Church and most importantly, Oscar and Julie Rodriguez, which continue the efforts of Dr. Marty Martin. Martin Park is a unusual property that sits inside of the heart of the Lowell Neighborhood just north of Downtown Fresno. Martin Park serves as a safe place for kids and families where they can come and play, receiving tutoring, food, clothing and otherwise have their daily needs met. Martin Park has grabbed the attention of many local professionals that are donating there time in design but we are in need of financing the materials to make this haven for children and local families a reality.

One of the goals for Martin Park is to turn it into one of the best parks in the City. We have task list that is a mile long associated with fixing and improving the property. Our goal is to complete as many tasks as possible. This will include items such as new landscaping, room remolding, painting interior and exterior,  electrical and plumbing work,  refinishing furniture, drapes and curtains, fixing miscellaneous items around the property, addressing construction needs and much more. We hope that you donate for this amazing non-profit that is making a difference in many downtown Fresno families.
