Homeless Veteran Housing

Build Housing For Homeless Veterans

Dear Friend,

Many of our veterans – who had our backs when it mattered most – are in trouble. You see, many veterans suffer from PTSD from their time spent in combat. As a result, they’re left homeless in our streets.
Let me paint you a picture.

Roberto is homeless veteran living on the streets of San Francisco, California, and he’s been diagnosed with PTSD. At first glance, you may think Roberto’s situation is a rare, isolated incident…
However, you couldn’t be further from the present day reality.

As you’re reading this right now, there are over 40,000 homeless veterans in the United States. Tragically, there are enough homeless veterans to fill several football stadiums over again.
You can run but you can’t hide from the truth – these veterans desperately need our help.

That’s why we’ve put together this campaign to build an affordable housing centre for homeless veterans in the Arcata, California area. The housing centre will provide housing and support that the VA cannot bring to the table.

Here’s our bottom line.

The forgotten men and women of the armed forces…the warriors that sleep on cold park benches…won’t be left out any longer. This campaign will fund a place for Roberto, along with other disabled veterans a place to stay.

Discover How You Can Help Homeless Veterans Stay Off The Streets
The homelessness population among veterans is a dark issue that many people refuse to talk about. It’s tough to come to terms with that fact that so many of our protectors and going through a rough time. It gets very little media attention.

This campaign has been launched by Roberto, and will fund a housing centre for homeless veterans all over America. If they can make it to the front door steps – they’ll be admitted (as long as there’s space).
Here Are Some Shocking Statistics Regarding Our Veterans:

• 31% of Vietnam war veterans and 11% of Afghanistan veterans suffer from PTSD

• 22% of veterans seek help outside of the Veterans Association for their mental health

• There are 18.2 million veterans in America today. Of those 18.2 million, nearly 40,000 are homeless (enough people to fill several football stadiums)

• 2 out of 3 homeless veterans have PTSD

• One veteran commits suicide every 65 minutes

Just to name a few….

This campaign will uplift the lives of many veterans in ways you can’t imagine. It’s hard for many of us to picture life sleeping on a park bench, eating scrap foods, searching for a way to survive…but it’s how 40,000 of our veterans live every day.
Thank You For Supporting Our Veterans!
Every single dollar funded toward our project will bring homeless veterans one step closer to having a safe place to rest.
Far too many homeless veterans walk the streets alone at night, without any sign of hope. It’s easy for homeless veterans (many of which become addicted to drugs or suffer from undiagnosed PTSD) to lose hope in light of this darkness.

Let’s shift the paradigm today.

Shed a beam of light on our disaffected warriors with a contribution. Your donations will help give our warriors a warm, safe place to sleep. Thank you for your generosity!

Yours Truly,
The RAV Team.

P.S. Helping veterans has never been easier – or more impactful than it is today. Each contribution will translate into one 2x4, one screw, one roof shingle, one bed…and so on.
