In memory of Jess

Jessica "Jess" M. McCarthy passed away unexpectedly, due to complications from pneumonia, on December 2, 2018. Jessica endured many hardships in her life. The first was the loss her father. Two months later she was in a major car accident that left her quadriplegic and with traumatic brain injuries. At the age of 31, she had to endure yet another heartbreaking loss with the death of her mother whom she was very close to and loved deeply. Even after enduring these heart wrenching tragedies, she always managed to keep a beautiful smile on her face. Jess was a beautiful soul, who loved her family and friends to no end. We are heart broken from this loss. We lost her younger brother John Stanley III, just over a year ago and we still haven’t fully recovered from that. All of these events have been a challenge for our family to overcome. We are trying to come to terms with the shifting of our family dynamic, once again. Jess was loved by so many people. We would be grateful for any and all help in regards to raising money for a beautiful service. She loved music, laughter and being with her family and friends. We ask this of you all, in order to honor her in a way that she deserves. She would have loved this as a final gift that we can all be a part of.
