Disability Discrimination Lawsuit
Donation protected
In 2013, I lost my job and, after being advised by a union representative that I had been discriminated against based on my visual disability, I filed a complaint with the EEOC. During the process, I discovered that I had been subjected to double-standards as well as false and misleading statements about me. Unfortunately, lawsuits cost money, and my resources, as well as the resources of those who have helped me so far, have run out. Without additional funding, I may be unable to continue pursuing my claim. The breakdown of the funding is as follows: attorney fees: $17,895; additional costs, including deposition transcript fees and medical examinations, $1,920; and additional future expenses, $2,185. I greatly appreciate any help you can give me in furtherance of my claim.
