Help Mike beat cancer

Dear Friend,
We are reaching out today regarding Mike Gillen. Mike is the President of the Brooklawn NJ Fire Company where he has served as a dedicated volunteer Fire Fighter for 17 years. He serves on the local school board, was Safety Coordinator for Brooklawn Little League when his kids were younger and is very involved with the Brooklawn Community. Mike has always been there to serve his community and help those in need. He is just turning 50 Years old and is a married, devoted husband and father of two. The youngest, Mikaila, recently turned 16 and Andrew is 21.
Mike has cancer and so far the doctors have not been able to treat the cancer due to complications from diabetes and other infectious conditions that he has. He has spent most of the last few months in ICU heavily medicated so they could treat the infections aggressively. He is currently in Cooper Hospital in Camden where he is expected to stay for at least 6 more months all the time of which Mike will be out of work.
As friends of Mike we praying for him and his family and offering support in any way we can. Although his health issues are in the hands of God and the Medical Professionals that are caring for him, we have the opportunity to help ease the burden on this family in other ways. All monies raised will go directly to help Mike beat this cancer.
