Medical and transportation expenses

As some or most of you may know my niece Brianna was struck by a truck yesterday and was flown to hammot medical center I'm Erie ... She has some internal bleeding, a Fractured pelvis and hip and currently has to undergo physical therapy .. Her parents currently have no means of transportation or ways to pay the medical bills as they just moved back from north carolina and are still trying to get on their feet please share and or donate any little bit helps Brianna is 16 years old.
